These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of GET ISO's Website, located at https://get-iso.org.
Standard Terms and Conditions
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant Offer (such as a tender, quotation, submission, cost estimate, etc.), the following standard terms and conditions shall apply, upon acceptance by the Client, to the engagement between the Client and Get-ISO Certification for the provision of the services as stated in the Offer (the Account):
Fees: Fees detailed in the Offer are for products and/or services to be provided by Get-ISO Certification to the Client as defined in the Offer. These fees exclude value-added taxes such as Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Additional Services: Any additional products and/or services requested by the Client will be charged by Get-ISO Certification at the applicable rate (or part thereof) plus associated costs.
Travel Expenses: Travel-related expenses incurred in the execution of the Account (e.g., flights, motor vehicle, accommodation, and sustenance) shall be charged back to the Client at cost.
Timing: Timing for the provision of the products and/or services shall be by mutual arrangement between the Client and Get-ISO Certification, and shall be as required to meet the objectives of the Account. Cancellations or postponements by the Client that incur costs for Get-ISO Certification (e.g., for canceled audits, non-attendance of training, defaults on travel arrangements, etc.) will be charged back to the Client.
Invoicing and Payment: Get-ISO Certification shall invoice the Client on a monthly basis, in accordance with the proportion of the Account provided. Payment terms require settlement within seven days.
Late Payments: Should payment of invoices not be made within the payment terms, Get-ISO Certification reserves the right to charge the Client debt recovery costs, including interest on outstanding monies, collection agency fees, legal costs, and so on.
Client Notifications: For the duration of the Account (including up to payment of the final invoice), the Client shall notify Get-ISO Certification within seven days of any changes to its name, contact details, legal status, or any other changes that may affect the Account.
On-Site Services: Where services are provided at the Client’s premises or at locations as directed by the Client, the Client is requested to make any necessary equipment and facilities available to the relevant Get-ISO Certification personnel to safely and effectively execute the Account.
Consultancy Services: In compliance with the requirements of the rules of accredited certification, Get-ISO Certification does not provide management system consultancy or internal audit services. Such services should be sourced independently of Get-ISO Certification if required by the Client.
Language: The nominated language for the exchange of information between the Client and Get-ISO Certification shall be English (Australian).
Intellectual Property: Intellectual property acquired and/or developed during the Account that is not owned or has not been paid for by the Client shall remain the express property of Get-ISO Certification.
Good Faith Provision: Products and/or services provided as part of the Account are provided “in good faith” and are based on the information provided or accessed during the Account. No responsibility for loss occasioned to any persons acting on or refraining from action as a result of any of the results of the products and/or services provided can be accepted.
Fee Review: Get-ISO Certification reserves the right to review fees quoted in the Offer in line with inflation, regulatory changes, commercial/market circumstances, and Client changes. The Client will be given sufficient notice of any changes.
Offer Validity: The Offer shall remain valid for four weeks from its date of issue. Get-ISO Certification reserves the right to review and update the Offer if acceptance by the Client is requested after this period.
These requirements are independent of those specified in the Get-ISO Certification Client Agreement which are a set of requirements not related to these Standard Terms and Conditions and exist solely for the purposes of providing certification.
